Increasing the energy efficiency at “SMTL Ili Dent” Ltd by purchasing and implementation of new production equipment

The major task of the project proposal is to reach higher energy efficiency and competitiveness of SMTL Ili Dent” Ltd by purchasing and implementation of new production equipment. Special goals of the project: 1. To implement new production of dental products from zircon and adapt with ceramics. 2. To ensure increasing of the manufacturing capacity of the enterprise 3. To improve the quality of the products by reaching an extreme precise of the file tooth 4. To implement basic change in the whole manufacturing process by replacing the hand work with automatic. 5. To decrease the cost per unit by ensuring energy and no energy savings 6. To increase the sales and net income of the enterprise To achieve the set out goals it is foreseen the following activates to be fulfilled: Activity 1 Purchase of CAD CAM system Activity 2 Purchase a furnace for ceramics annealing Action 3 Purchase of sintered furnace Action 4 Implementation of automatic system for monitoring of the energy consumption of the enterprise Activity 5 Implementation and certification of standard ISO 50001systems for energy management Activity 6 Preparation of energy audit Activity 7 Visualizing and publicity The project shall continue 12 months, total amount shall be of 249,553.45 lv , from which 71.57% is granted financial assistance.
