"Increasing the energy efficiency of "Detech" Ltd."

"Detech" Ltd. is a company specializing in the production of signal generators (metal detectors) and accessories (antennas) for them located in the town of Shumen. The company has machine park with basic equipment including machines /Vacuum - molding machine with rough vacuum and vacuum-pressure molding machine with/ for production of parts from sheet and granulated plastic material. The project proposal is related to the creation and development of competitive advantages of "Detech" Ltd., based on improved energy and resource efficiency, by delivery of energy efficient equipment, CAW, implementation of system for energy consumption monitoring, implementation and certification of ISO 50001 standard. The activities are set, related to the implementation of the recommended energy efficiency measures in the energy audit and activities associated with the specified service performance: -Activity 1 "Acquisition of new production equipment (the activity will be carried out through the purchase of FIBER laser 750W - 1pc.); -Activity 2 "Acquisition of new production equipment (the activity will be carried out through the purchase of Laser engraver 220W - 1pc.); -Activity 3 "Acquisition of new production equipment (the activity will be carried out through the purchase of CNC engraver (milling) - 1pc.); -Activity 4 "Acquisition of new production equipment (the activity will be carried out through the purchase of Mill for recycling of generated plastic wastes - 1pc.); -Activity 5 "Implementation of Energy consumption monitoring system "; -Activity 6 "Performance of CAW related to the necessity for commissioning of the new production equipment "; -Activity 7 "Consultancy services for implementation and certification of energy management system in accordance with standard BS EN ISO 50001"; -Activity 8 "Performing EA in a form (" energy efficiency assessment ")"; -Activity 9 "Publicity and visualization". All activities included in the project are under "de minimis".
