Improving the energy effectiveness of CONTACT-T Ltd

Primarily in the strategy of CONTACT-T Ltd for development of the enterprise is the significant improvement of its energy effectiveness. The present project is directed to realization of this strategic goal and foreseeing acquisition of energy saving equipment for the main production process. This energy saving equipment is also for recycling and using of discarded materials, and also for using of waste heat. Furthermore an electricity consumption monitoring system and energy management will be implemented according to standard EN ISO 50001. The project will be realized by fulfilling the following activities: 1. Acquiring of new production equipment - Vacuum furnace 2. Acquiring of new production equipment - System for recycling of working raw material 3. Acquiring of new production equipment - System for catching of waste heat 4. Acquiring of new equipment - Automated system for monitoring of energy consumption of the electrical power 5. Consulting services for introducing and certifying of EN ISO 50001 standard The activities correspond completely to the indicated in the report of the energy audit measures As a result of the realization of the project: -the energy effectiveness of the enterprise will improve; -the emissions of CO2 will be reduced; -the resource effectiveness of the enterprise will improve; -there will be a positive effect for preservation of the environment; -the production capacity will increase; -the productivity of the labor will increase -the quality of the production will improve. Generally with the realization of the project will be achieved increasing of the competitiveness of CONTACT-T Ltd and its steady growth. The project will be realized for ten months.
