Purchasing new furnaces of "Laki 131" Ltd to improve efficiency and reduce energy intensity

The project proposal includes energy saving measures, the implementation of objectives and will contribute to a significant reduction in specific energy consumption, improve productivity and competitiveness, Laki 131 Ltd. Achieving energy sustainability in the production of the company will help improve the market position of the company on the national and international markets through lower cost of the proposed production. The lower power consumption will be reflected directly and positively on the environment as it would reduce energy costs and lead to more efficient use of energy resources used in the production as well as reduce harmful emissions of CO2 and other local harmful pollutants. Planned project investments are in line with the latest requirements for energy efficiency and for environmental protection and will lead to optimization of working foundry process. The aim of the project is through the introduction of new energy efficient furnaces and energy management systems BDS EN ISO 50001 (Energy Management Systems) / EN ISO 50001 to cover all environmental performance and to achieve sustainable growth and continuous improvement of energy management in the company. The expected results of the project is to maintain an intelligent and sustainable energy policy in the company, aimed at reducing unit costs as a factor in optimizing the competitiveness of the company. The project will allow Laki 131 Ltd. to build on and complement the results obtained with the implementation of new projects towards increasing energy efficiency and reducing the amount of greenhouse gases. By realization of this project, achieved in Laki 131 Ltd. energy efficiency will ensure long-term sustainability and multiplication of savings in the enterprise.
