Energy Efficiency in "ESTE MEBELI" Ltd

The project is aimed at renewal and improvement of technology and production processes through investments in resource efficient, more productive and more energy-efficient facilities through the implementation of energy efficiency measures in order to achieve sustainable growth and competitiveness of firm. To achieve this goal the company has commissioned to be carried out energy efficiency audits. The auditor, company effectively Ltd has exhibited the results in a report, which marked the weaknesses that cause energy losses and leading to lower productivity. There are 5 steps that will lead to improving the energy efficiency of the industrial system ESTE MEBELI and contribute directly to planned energy savings with 57.40% of the entity resulting from the implementation of the project. To improve energy efficiency and following the procedures for selection of contractors, according to ZUSESIF and PMS№160, the company will invest in the planned project activities 7: -Make Energy audit form; - Acquisition of new manufacturing equipment-sided edge banding machine, 1 pc.; - Acquisition of new production equipment, machining center with numerical control for details slab-1pc; - Acquisition of new production equipment, cutting center with a cut line, numerical control-1pc.; - Acquisition of new production equipment, Four-planing and profiling machine with a five-spindle 1pc; - Acquisition of new manufacturing equipment horizontal band saw 1 pc; - And consulting services for introduction to ISO 50001. Machines provided are technical parameters in accordance with prescribed audit actions. They will be implemented in strict compliance with the requirements for visualization, information and publicity. In this way the company will strengthen its competitiveness by reducing the energy intensity of production and increase its productivity.
