Increasing the energy efficiency in "Iosa" LTD

YOSA Ltd. is a manufacturer of bakery products and bread, heir to a long traditions, marking its origins in 1994 as ET "Spiridon Spiridonov - YOSA" and from 2009 as"YOSA" LTD. The manufacturing facilities of the company are located in village Stefanovo, Dobrich municipality. After more than twenty years of bread and bakery products production, it is essential for the company to carry out activities for energy efficiency. They would increase competitiveness, improve the image of the enterprise, through the public disclosure of the benefits of the project and last but not least - care to protect the environment. The strategic program of YOSA Ltd., aiming its growth and successful development, main directions of working are expansion and modernization of production equipment. The project foresees the renovation and improvement of machinery used to produce bread, utilization of residual heat, establishment of an automated system for monitoring energy consumption, establishment and certification of energy management systems ISO 50001. The above set of activities to be implemented in the project proposal will contribute to achieving a higher level of energy efficiency, increasing productivity of the enterprise, and consequently will lead to improved competitiveness. The project proposal and included activities and expenditures in section "Investments" are based on an energy audit form (Appendix B) with the following recommended measures to increase enegiynata efficiency of the enterprise: Measure 1 – dough-mixer, Measure 2 - vacuum dough-separator, Measure 3 – Cone-shaped dough-former, Measure 4 - rotary furnace Measure 5 - machine for cutting bread, Measure 6 - Packaging machine Measure 7 – Dough-mixer, Measure 8 - Utilization of residual heat, Measure 9 - Automated system for monitoring of energy consumption.
