Increasing the energy efficiency of "Valentin Petrov 2004" Ltd by implementing energy saving measures for sustainable growth and competitiveness

The project focuses on increasing the competitiveness and sustainable growth "Valentin Petrov 2004" Ltd. through the implementation of measures for increase the energy efficiency identified in the an energy audit report carried out by a person registered in the public register of art. 60, par. 1 of the Energy Efficiency Act and in compliance with all other requirements of the procedure. The measures envisaged include: 1. Purchase of 1 pc. hand-guided two-bandage vibration-roller; 2. Purchase of 1 pc. multipurpose wheeled excavator loader and loader bucket 0,35 m³; 3. Purchase of 1 pc. multipurpose wheeled excavator loader and loader bucket 1,1 m³; 4. Purchase of 1 pc. LPG forklift with carrying capacity of 3000 kg. The project also includes the implementation and certification of energy management system incl. in accordance with standard BDS EN ISO 50001 management systems (energy) / EN ISO 50001. The benefits of the project are associated with reducing production costs and increasing production capacity, creating conditions for employment and resource efficiency through the ability for construction waste management activities . The expected results of the project are: - Increased energy efficiency - anticipated annual energy savings: 214 140,25 kWh / yr. and planned energy savings for the enterprise: 36.44%; - Environmental effect benefits - saving emissions of CO2 - 58,32 t / yr.; Established capacity to perform construction waste management activities; - Increased production capacity - increased productivity by over 10% at a reduced cost of the product; - Increased flexibility, control and quality of construction activities; - Increased competitiveness and achieve sustainable growth of the company.
