Improving the energy efficiency in BUMAR AD

The project "Improving the energy efficiency in BUMAR AD" aims the implementation of energy efficiency measures in the enterprise in order to optimize energy costs, improve resource efficiency and achieve high performance. In order to achieve its objectives, the project includes the implementation of the following activities: buying a new gang-saw for processing marble products, new jaw crusher for recycling waste materials, facility for utilization of waste heat from compressor - pneumatic hammer; energy efficient construction works on manufacturing building (roof insulation, replacement of windows and lighting); implementation of an automated energy monitoring system and introduction of energy management system according to standard ISO 50001. The project implementation will contribute to the reduction of energy intensity of the production process at BUMAR AD. In turn, this will increase the competitiveness and the capacity for growth of the company.
