Improving the energy efficiency of BCC-95 OOD

This project proposal is entirely based on the recommendations of an Energy audit of BCC-95 OOD prepared for the procedure. The project aims at increasing energy efficiency and modernization of production equipment of the company through initial investments in fixed assets, leading to extension of the capacity of an existing establishment in Montana and strengthening the competitiveness of of BCC-95 OOD. With the implementation of the project and the included energy efficiency measures, the business object will be able to produce more of the primary production - metal carts (shopping and household), which will lead to more sustainable growth of the company. The need for implementation of the project was prompted by the desire of the company to improve energy efficiency and to automate the production process, thus ensuring its sustainability and competitiveness in the future. The project envisages activities for initial investment in tangible assets 5 pcs. (Delivery, installation, testing and putting into operation of machinery and equipment) for the implementation of energy efficiency measures included in the report of the Energy Audit. The new equipment will increase the amount of total products manufactured annually at the same time by realizing of energy savings. As a result of the project the following effects for the enterprise are expected: - Increased energy efficiency; - Improved resource efficiency; - Realized energy savings; - Acquisition and putting into operation of new fixed assets - 5 pc .; - Expanded capacity of an existing establishment in Montana for producing metal carts (shopping and household) and increased production capacity of main products by 10%; - Improved competitiveness of the company; - Improved management of energy resources through implementation of EN ISO 50001; - Higher level of recycling of discarded products.
