The auditor, company ENERKON Ltd has exhibited the results in a report, which marked the weaknesses that cause energy losses and leading to low productivity. Certain are 6 steps that will lead to improving the energy efficiency of the industrial system ANSA BORIMA Ltd. and will contribute directly to the planned energy savings of 40.27 percent for the enterprise as a result of the project. To improve energy efficiency and following the procedures for selection of contractors, according to ZUSESIF and Decree №160, the company will invest in the planned project activities 8: -Make Energy audit form; Acquisition of new manufacturing equipment, Injection Machine Thermoset plastmasa- 37,00 kW-1 sp.; Acquisition of new manufacturing equipment, Injection Machine Thermoset plastmasa- 30,00 kW - 1pc.; Acquisition of new manufacturing equipment, Injection machine-15,00 kW-2 pcs.; Acquisition of new manufacturing equipment, Injection ma- 37,00 kW-1 sp.; Acquisition of new manufacturing equipment-CNC Vertical Machining Center-1pc.; And consulting services for implementation and certification to ISO 50001. Machines provided are technical parameters in accordance with prescribed audit merki.Deynostite will be implemented in strict compliance with the requirements for vizualization.With this way the company will strengthen its competitiveness by reducing the energy intensity of production and increase its capacity.
