Saving energy is a topical problem solving which requires the adoption of measures to reduce energy consumption. ET "Vitaly and Son - Iglika Manova" will implement investments in accordance with the recommendations of an energy audit for commissioning of universal Round grinding CNC machine. With energy-saving measure, the company will meet the European directive aimed at "... increasing energy efficiency as a result of technological, behavioral and/or economic changes". Suggested measure will expand the capacity of the company without the basic production process to change fundamentally. Increasing the production capacity will achieve energy savings per unit of production. Round grinding universal CNC machine is conceptually new solution for machine tools, because it makes the grinding in technological operation for basic forming. It will expand the production capacity of enterprise activities related to cycloid gears. The company will introduce a system for energy management according to ISO 50001: 2011.
