"Increasing the energy efficiency of" EMC DISTRIBUTION "Ltd. through investments in new high-tech equipment"

"EMC Distribution" Ltd. operates a major source of economic activity 24.20 - "Production of pipes, hollow profiles and fittings of steel", dealing with production of electric-welded steel and aluminum tubes and profiles. To improve its competitiveness, the company plans to implement this project energy saving measures and activities that will be aimed at achieving energy savings through renewal of production facilities with more energy efficient and improve technology manufacturing process. In this project provides for the following activities: 1. Acquisition of new production equipment under Measure 1 of an energy audit - pipe production line for steel pipes from high-strength steel, and tubes for the automotive industry with special properties and welding generator 2. Consultancy services for implementation and certification of standard BS EN ISO 50001 (Energy Management Systems) / EN ISO 50001 3. Visualization and publicity of the project 4. Audit Project The aim of the planned investments on the one hand is the new high-tech pipe production line for steel pipes from high-strength steel, and tubes for the automotive industry with special properties to allow the company to expand its operations with the manufacture of a more and better products, on the other hand to achieve a high standard of energy efficiency. The energy audit project proves that the average percentage of energy savings provided input on draft measure, which could be achieved in normal business practice, it is 58.07%. Pending implementation of the project "EMC Distribution" Ltd. provides reduce current operating costs and optimize the company's operations, which will lead to higher profitability of the business to business energy efficiency and contribute to higher competitiveness of the company.
