Increasing the energy efficiency of "Amek Toys" Ltd.

The project will meet the need of the candidate for improvement of energy efficiency. Overall objective of the project: Achieving sustainable growth and competitiveness of "Amek Toys" Ltd., through the implementation of measures for improvement of the energy efficiency. Specific objectives of the project: 1. Achieving energy savings in the enterprise, through the purchase of heat-transfer calendar - 1pc and forklifts -2pc 2. Optimization of energy consumption for heating through the establishment of waste heat recovery system 3. Ensuring effective monitoring and management of power consumption for improved energy efficiency through building ASME and implementation and certification of energy management system in accordance with ISO 50001. The planned activities, through which the goals will be obtained, are: 1. Delivery and commissioning of heat-transfer calendar - 1pc 2. Delivery and commissioning of forklifts – 2pc 3. Construction of an automated system for monitoring the energy consumption – 1pc (ASME). 4. Developing a system for waste heat recovery – 1pc 5. Consultancy services for implementation and certification of system for energy management in accordance with ISO 50001 The project is based on the recommendations of a conducted energy audit, drawn up for the purpose of the procedure As a result from the implementation of the activities "Amek Toys" Ltd. will achieve the following key results: 1. Energy savings from the implementation of the project: 214 806,77 kWh/Yr 2. Savings of CO2 emission: 173,75 tons/yr. 3. Total energy and non-energy savings: 54 075,56 leva/yr 4. Ensuring effective monitoring and management of energy consumption. 5. Optimized consumption of the energy for heating The improved energy efficiency of “Amek Toys” Ltd. will lead to reduced production costs and will guarantee sustainable growth and competitiveness of the enterprise.
