Energy efficiency at Boda Style Ltd

The main activity of Boda style Ltd is ‘Production of overcoats for the free time and goose feather products’. The company has at its disposal two separate production bases – Building 1 and Building 2, located in the industrial zone in the town of Dupnitsa, spread on area of 3500 sq. m. built-up area. Inside are located workshops with two production lines, cutting-out workshop with modern CAD system for multiplication of patterns, workshops for finishing operations, final control and warehouses for materials and ready products. The products of the company are directed both towards the domestic market and export. Since the very beginning in 2002 Boda style Ltd has had successful partherships with world famous brands – HACKETT, LACOSTE,G.A.OPERTIONS, PYRENEX, PIERLUCCI, VERSACE and others. The project envisions delivery, mounting and introduction of 8 pieces of new main energy- efficient technological equipment related to the technological process in discussion in the scope of the following technological operations: ‘Production of overcoats, no work clothes’ /Measure 1/. The projects also provisions introduction of Automated monitoring system which guarantees own consumptions /Measure 2/. The investment falls in the scope of component 1 ‘Investments falling in the mode de minimis’. The delivery of the following is planned: 1. Twin needle lockstitch machine with disconnectable needle bars – 2 p.; 2. Automatic system for spreading and cutting – 1 p.. 3. Fusing machine for jackets and coats – 1 p.; 4. Autojig – 1 p.; 5. Multiform – 1 p.; 6. Single needle lockstitch machine with separate trimmer – 2 p.; 7. Sewing unit for piped pockets – 1 p.. The equipment planned to be delivered fully meets the modern tendencies in the production of overcoats. Using the new equipment Boda style Ltd will significantly widen its production capacity as it is expected the production of clothing to grow from 55 104 p. in 2015 to 60 614 p. after the realization of the investment project.
