"KOREKTBETON" Ltd. was established on 10.07.2008 with business activity - production and sale of concrete and concrete products. In 2013 he changed the scope of activity - production of crushed stone, gravel and sand. The main activity is the extraction and processing of inert materials and construction waste, which after processing are obtained products from non-metals used in the manufacture of concrete, materials for drainage systems, materials for reinforcement of landslides, material foundations of roads and other foundations. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps: • Extraction of inert materials from the quarry; • Processing of mined gravel to produce sand and two types of felt fraction 4 / 22.4 and 4/16; • Production of construction waste products due to demolition and subsequent crushing to a size suitable for transportation; • Transport of crushed construction waste to the worksite; • Additional crushing and sieving of construction waste. The project will be purchased hybrid crawler excavator (Measure 1) chain hybrid excavator (Measure 2) wheel excavator (Measure 3) wheel loader (Measure 4) chain installation for recycling (Measure 5).
