Increasing energy efficiency of "Triada Engineering" LTD.

The project proposal focuses on increasing energy efficiency of an enterprise specialized in constructional engineering, production and installation of metal structures for the construction industry with manufacturing facilities in Montana. The products of the company are being placed both at national and foreign markets within the EU and third countries. The project provides for complex of measures for increasing the energy efficiency in company`s manufacturing process. The company plans to implement the following activities: 1 / Purchase of forklift truck with operating weight 1.5 t (Measure 1 of Energy audit) 2 / Purchase of Hydraulic Guillotine Shear (Measure 2 of Energy audit) 3 / Purchase of semiautomatic hydraulic bandsaw (Measure 3 of Energy audit) 4/ Purchase of girder crane (Measure 4 of Energy audit) 5/ Purchase of forklift truck with operating weight 3.5 t (Measure 5 of Energy audit) 6 / Implementation and certification of Energy management systems EN ISO 50001 With the implementation of the project the following effects will be achieved: 1 / Improved energy efficiency of the manufacturing process; 2 / Lower production costs; 3 / Reduced CO2 emission; 4 / Reduced energy consumption per production unit; 5 / Production capacity increase; 6 / Better financial outcomes; 7 / Sustainable development by reducing the environmental impact.
