Improving the energy efficiency at DEKRA-STROJ LTD.

DEKRA-STROJ LTD. was established in 2010. The main purpose of the company is to perform construction works and garbage and debries collection. In its activities DEKRA-STROJ LTD. constantly strives to improve the resource efficiency of the production processes, including energy efficiency. For this purpose a certified energy auditor performed an energy audit of the existing equipment and identified measures that lead to increased energy savings in the production process. This project proposal is aimed at implementation of these measure, and this determines the Project OBJECTIVE: Achieving sustainability and competitiveness of DEKRA-STROJ LTD. by implementing measures for energy efficiency, implementation and certification of energy management systems according to the requirements of ISO 50001. The MAIN ACTIVITIES for the achievement of the project objectives are: 1. Perform an energy audit 2. Acquisition of 5 pcs. energy-efficient machines, representing tangible fixed assets necessary for the implementation of measures included in the energy audit 3. Implementation and certification of energy management systems according to the requirements of ISO 50001 4. Publicity and visualization The results of the project will be in several areas: 1. Delivered 5 pcs. energy-efficient machines, leading to expansion of production capacity of DEKRA-STROJ LTD. 2. Implementation of the following energy savings: - Annual energy savings: 465396,20 kWh / yr. - Planned energy savings: 45,23 % - Factor energy savings (ESR): 54,21% 3. Competitiveness of the enterprise will grow as a result of the project, the investment project will have the following estimated figures: - Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of investment measures in the project: 20,07% - Payback period of investment: 4,67years
