Increasing the energy efficiency of "Diagalprint" Ltd.

The project "Improving the energy efficiency of" Diagalprint "Ltd." e prepared in accordance with procedure "Energy Efficiency for SMEs" and is entirely consistent with the recommended measures made energy audit of the company. Aim of the project is the implementation of measures to reduce consumption of energy, expansion of production capacity and improvement in energy intensity. Additionally towards the implementation of energy-saving production technologies, it contributes to protecting the environment and reducing the negative impact of production on it fully in line with European directives. Specific activities are aimed at replacing old energy-inefficient equipment with new high-tech and energy efficient equipment. Energy saving potential of the proposed measures is evaluated on technical and economic criteria against that benchmark and on this basis are calculated energy savings and main economic indicators. There are the following activities: 1) Investigation of energy efficiency analysis of current consumption and betting on measures to improve energy intensity by a competent person; 2) Investments for implementation of energy efficiency measures included in the energy audit buying production machines: • Automatic Lamination - Measure 1 • Machine exhibition of printing plates - Measure 2 • saddle-stitching line - Measure 3 3) Implementation and certification system for energy management standard BS EN ISO 50001 / EN ISO 50001; 4) Activities for publicity and visualization of the project; The expected results are: 1) Increase the competitiveness of the enterprise as a result of the modernization and improvement of the manufacturing process; 2) Increasing energy efficiency, reducing the cost per unit of output and expanding production capacity Diagalprint LTD.
