Increasing energy efficiency in ET "Ivaylo Neshev - NESH-I"

Company ET 'Ivaylo Neshev -NESH-it "is a medium-sized enterprise specializing in a wide range of construction activities, covering high and low construction and all phases of building a project - from design to commissioning. The scope of activities includes construction of residential, public, industrial and commercial buildings. The manufacturing process of ET "Ivaylo Neshev - NESH-I" includes earthworks, foundation of foundations, building shell, roof and finishing. This project proposal includes activities for the implementation of investments to improve energy efficiency, as recommended measures in energy efficiency audit conducted by a person registered in the register under Art. 60, para. 1 of the EEA, as well as activities type of services related to and necessary for the project. Planned activities are related to replacement of old construction equipment with new equipment necessary for the production activity of the company - wheel excavator in combination with a hydraulic hammer and a mini loader. In separate activities includes actions selection, preparation and implementation of "energy efficiency audit" consulting services for implementation and certification of energy management system in accordance with the requirements of standard BS EN ISO 50001, publicity and visualization of the project. The activities are associated with the identified company needs and constraints, high production and energy costs, physically and morally outdated technology and lack of systems and models for energy and efficient production. Implementation of the planned investments will increase the competitiveness of ET "Ivaylo Neshev -NESH-I" by improving energy efficiency, environmental and capacity of the company.
