Instalation in AMET Ltd of energy efficient equipment

The strategy of AMET Ltd. for the development of the factory is based on the development and implementation of innovative high-tech products and subsequent production of competitive products. For this realization the factory has been step by step modernizing its machinery for many years on, based on the delivery and exploiting of high-tech and energy-saving equipment. This project has the aim of realizing the next planned stage and supposes the acquisition of energy saving equipment for key elements of the productive process in the factory and introducing of energy monitoring system. The project will be realized by fulfilling the following activities: 1. Acquisition of new productive equipment - Lathe and milling CNC center. 2. Acquisition of new equipment - System for energy monitoring with Monitoring Software energy consumption. 3. Consulting services for introducing and certifying of EN ISO Standard 50001. The activities correspond fully to the measures in the report of the conducted energy audit. As a result of the project: - The energy efficiency of the factory will be improved; - CO2 emissions will be reduced; - The resource effectiveness of the factory will be improved; - There will be a positive effect for the environment preservation; - The productive capacity will be increased; - The labor productivity will be improved; - The product quality will be improved. With the implementation of the project it will be achieve overall increasing of competitiveness of AMET LTD and its steady growth. The project will be realized for eight months.
