Increase production capacity and improve energy efficiency Metal Group Elite 2006 Ltd.

Metal Group Company Ltd. Elite 2006 has many years of experience in the processing of metals and metal products. The company has a warehouse and production base in the town Pleven. Currently available equipment necessary for the preparation of various types of preparations and metal products, is outdated and high level of energy consumption, which limits the production capacity of the company. Two shaft furnaces are in operation for more than 45 years, machine tools for the production of details "patent plate" operated more than 20 years, these are 5 machines - gas cutting machine, Milling FB40, Jig - razstargeashta machine, Radial drilling machine flat grinding machine, as the workpiece is being processed by each of them. Machine tools for the production of details "Screw" are also over 20 years of operation, this piece is processed by 4 machines - cutting saw, lathe C11, coordinate - boring machine and grinding centers. The existing bridge crane cab and management of the cab has been built in 55 years, and is degraded performance and obsolete technology to ensure the loading - unloading of production of the enterprise. In the project proposal foresees the purchase of a new bridge crane with radio control, frequency control mechanisms and return the energy in the mains supply. Machine tools for the production of details "Screw" will be replaced by a new vertical milling machine triax plus with two axes table and production of details "patent plate" with a new lathe CNC. The new furnace that will replace the old one, with thermal insulation performed in a new, modern and reliable manner. The aim of the investment is to reduce power consumption, expanding the production capacity of the enterprise, reduce production time per unit of product and reduce operating costs and maintenance. The number of operators who will operate the new machine will be reduced.
