Measures for improvement of the energy and resource efficiency of SIDABO Ltd.

SIDABO Ltd. was established in 2007 with activity designing and manufacturing of lifting and handling equipment. We produce a wide range of lifting equipment tailored to customer requirements, type of cargo, its positioning, lifting and moving. The subject of this project proposal is to implement a set of measures based on the recommendations of a report by an energy audit that will contribute to improving energy and resource efficiency of the company. The effect of the implementation of the measures is a reduction in the energy consumption and the costs for 1 unit production, reduced amount of CO2 released into the atmosphere, increased use of recycled raw materials and increased productivity. In addition, we will introduce and certification system for energy management / ESR / according to the requirements of ISO 50001, which will allow to analyze, identify and implement measures aimed at increasing the energy efficiency of industrial facilities of the company, encompassing all energy flows in the enterprise. In this way we will achieve greater impact by implementing the measures of the audit report, the sum of the individual effects of each measure. The project implementation is in line with the development strategy of the company, plans to cut energy intensity of production, expansion of production capacity, development of environmentally sound production at reduced costs for raw materials, increase the amount of recycled raw materials used in the manufacture and increasing the sustainable competitiveness of the company. In the project we will implement activities and management of the project, selection of contractors, delivery of assets and services, visualization and promotion of the EU financial contribution, final reporting. The expected results of the project are measurable and will be reported to underlying indicators.
