Investment project for improvement of energy efficiency of SEVAN S.V. Ltd.

Activity of SEVAN SV Ltd. is the production and marketing of chemical products. The company offers a wide range of products such as antifreeze, windshield washer fluid, organic based thinners and solvents, adhesive C-200, paints and primers - water and alkyd based, etc. The subject of this project proposal is an investment in two pieces of fixed assets based on recommendations of the energy audit - Automatic filling line for filling and capping liquids in containers of 2 liters under Measure 1 and Tunable automatic bottling line of liquid fertilizers in packs of 3, 5 and 10 liters under Measure 2. In addition to them we will introduce and certificate System for energy management according to ISO 50001. The new energy-efficient lines will replace the old, outdated, energy-intensive and less productive line for bottling fluid, which will expand the capacity of existing business object of the company, while at the same time it will seriously enhance its energy efficiency. The implementation and certification system for energy management, in turn, will allow analysis, identification and implementation of activities aimed at increasing the energy efficiency of the industrial site of SEVAN S.V LTD., encompassing all energy flows in the enterprise. The project implementation is in line with the development program of the company, providing for the expansion of production capacity for existing products, lowering the cost of production of 1 unit, development of environmentally sound production, increase competitiveness and sustainable growth of the company. In the project we will implement activities such as management of the project, selection of contractors, delivery of assets and services, visualization and promotion of the EU financial contribution, final reporting. The expected results of the project are measurable and will be reported to underlying indicators.
