"Increasing the energy efficiency of "Galera 07" Ltd , through introduction into production of new energy efficient equipment"

"Galera 07" Ltd. is a company specializing in the repair of vessels and metal extraction operations, repair and maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. The Company performs all types of hull welding repairs of vessels, makes a wide variety of details for vessels, tube activities, air conditioning, ventilation. The company has machine park with basic equipment including CNC plasma cutting machine, press brake, MIG and MAG welding machines, universal equipment /lathe and milling machine/, old and high energy intensity universal equipment for processing tubes and profiles. The project proposal is related to the creation and development of competitive advantages of "Galera 07" LTD based on improved energy efficiency through delivery and commissioning of energy efficient equipment, implementing a system for energy consumption monitoring , implementation and certification of ISO 50001 standard. In the project proposal are set out activities related to the implementation of the recommended energy efficiency measures in the energy audit and activities associated with the specified service performance: - Activity 1: "Acquisition of new production equipment related to the implementation of Measure 1 of the EA": Four shaft hydraulic bending machine - 1pc .; - Activity 2: "Acquisition of new manufacturing equipment related to the implementation of Measure 2 of the EA": Strip cutting machine - 1pc.; - Activity 3: "Acquisition of new manufacturing equipment related to the implementation of Measure 3 of the EA": Telehandler - 1pc .; - Activity 4: "Implementation Monitoring System energy under Measure 4 of the EA"; - Activity 5: "Consultancy services for implementation and certification of energy management system in accordance with standard BS EN ISO 50001"; - Activity 6: "Performing the EA by template (" energy efficiency assessment ")"; - Measure 7: "Publicity and visualization". All activities included in the project are under "de minimis".
