"Competitiveness through Energy Efficiency"

The project will be implemented realization of initial investments in tangible and intangible assets associated with capacity expansion of an existing business object. The activities are consistent with the recommendations of the report made after energy audit of industrial system within the enterprise. ROPOSAL project is aimed at increasing energy efficiency in the manufacture of fractions of aggregates, which will reduce production costs, greening and enhancing the competitiveness of An undertaking. It is envisaged that the delivery and commissioning of the production line factions, including the following assets: Crushing and screening plant, crawler bulldozer and system for monitoring energy consumption. With the commissioning of new assets now will be technologically possible to produce 4 pcs. new product introduction into operation of these machines will reduce the cost of production will increase the efficiency of the production process and improve energy and resource efficiency in terms of fuel, electricity and recycling of construction materials. Processing of earth and rock materials will reduce the disposal of construction waste and improve the environment. The project will install installation for the use of residual heat, which will be financed with own funds of the candidate. Will be implemented and certified ISO 50001: 2011 Energy Management Systems. Objectives and expected results are in line with corporate policy that now observed in overall activity as one of the largest employers in the region. Proof of this is the introduction of an energy management system, which will ensure sustainable development of the enterprise. As a result of realization of the project will open two (2) new jobs.
