Expanding of production capacity for sustainable growth and increased competitiveness of "PODEM GABROVO" Ltd. through implementation of energy efficiency measures

This project is in line with long-term development strategy "PODEM Gabrovo" Ltd. and it provides for implementation of energy efficiency measures to expand production capacity and achieving sustainable growth, as well as competitiveness of the enterprise will be acheieved. The project will be implemented in the mode of regional investment aid and planned activities include: 1. Element A "Investments" - implementation of energy efficiency measures prescribed in the energy audit related to the purchase and commissioning of 1 pc. machine for fiber laser cutting module for tubes and profiles. 2. Element B "Services" - the introduction and certification of energy management system, including the requirements of standard BS EN ISO 50001 (Energy Management Systems) / EN ISO 50001, Energy Audit, publicity and visualization, and project audit. The expected results of the project are: - Increased energy efficiency annual energy savings: 101 781,27 kWh/yr. - Protect the environment - saving CO2 emissions - 83,36 t/yr. - Expanded production capacity by over 10%; - Increased market share by more than 2%; - Improved quality of products; - Increased competitiveness and sustainable growth; - Increased resource efficiency.
