Increasing of energy efficiency of Fox Lazer LTD

The project "Increasing of energy efficiency of Fox Lazer LTD" has been prepared in scope and in accordance with the procedure "Energy Efficiency for SMEs". It is entirely consistent with the recommended measures in the made energy audit of the company and at the same time is in line with the planned investment project of the company, which provides measures to reduce consumption of energy, expansion of production capacity and improvement in energy intensity. Additionally towards the implementation of energy-saving production technologies, the project contributes to protecting the environment and reducing the negative impact of production on it fully in line with European directives. Specific activities are aimed at replacing old energy-inefficient equipment with new high-tech and energy-efficient equipment in production processes - punching, laser cutting, bending and powder coating. There are the following activities: 1) Energy efficiency evaluation to analyze current consumption and betting on measures to improve energy intensity by a competent person; 2) Investments for implementation of energy efficiency measures included in the energy audit buying production machines: • CNC servo electric turret punch press - Measure 1 • Fiber laser cutting system - Measure 2 • Bending press (servo - electric - hydraulic) - Measure 3 • Line for powder coating - Measure 4 3) Implementation and certification system for energy management standard BS EN ISO 50001 / EN ISO 50001; 4) Activities for publicity and visualisation of the project; The expected results are: 1) Increase the competitiveness of the enterprise as a result of the modernisation and improvement of the manufacturing process; 2) Increasing energy efficiency, reducing the cost per unit of output and expanding the production capacity of Fox Laser LTD.
