One of the developent strategies of METALTECHNIK AD is development of the company by updating the machinery with new high-tech equipment, providing major expansion of production capacity, coupled with a significant improvement in its energy efficiency. This project is aimed at the realization of this strategy through the acquisition of high-tech energy-saving manufacturing equipment, and the introduction of energy management system in accordance with the requirements of the BS EN ISO 50001 standard . The project will be implemented through the following activities: 1. Acquisition of new energy efficient production equipment - High frequency transistor generator for induction heating. 2. Acquisition of new energy efficient production equipment - Pulse welding machines- 15 pcs. 3. Acquisition of new energy efficient production equipment - Laser Cutting Machine 4. Acquisition of new energy efficient production equipment - Numerical control Lathe. 5. Consultancy services for implementation and certification of EN ISO Standard 50001. The activities correspond to the measures recommended in conducted energy audit report . As a result of the project METALTECHNIK AD: - Will improve the energy efficiency of the company; - Will reduce CO2 emissions; - Will expand the production capacity; - Will improve the resource efficiency of the company ; - Will have a positive impact on environmental protection; - Improving labor productivity; - Improving product quality. The project will provide conditions for sustainable growth and increase the competitiveness of METALTECHNIK AD. The project will be implemented in ten months.
