Improving energy efficiency of Novotechprom OOD

NEEDS In reference to dynamic competition and market challenges to Novotechprom Ltd. is necessary to invest in technology to improve manufacturing processes, energy and resource efficiency. In the long term this will provide us with flexibility and sustainability of production, competitiveness and development of the export capacity of the company. OBJECTIVES The overall objective of this project is to contribute to sustainable economic growth of Novotechprom by introducing the most advanced technological and environmental solutions and improved resource efficiency. Specific project objectives are: A reduction in the energy intensity of production by investing in energy-efficient and highly productive technological equipment. B. process improvement in energy management and control of energy consumption by implementing Energy Management System in accordance with ISO 50001 and by building Automated System to monitor energy consumption. ACTIVITIES To implement the project objectives 7 activities are planned in de minimis regime, of which 4 activities for the acquisition of production equipment, activity to introduce Automated System to monitoring energy consumption, activity for implementation and certification of Energy Management System in accordance with ISO 50001 Standart, as well as activity to perform an energy audit together with anenergy audit report. Expected results from project implementation are: - Improving energy efficiency and reducing energy intensity - Improving resource efficiency and saving carbon - Improving energy resources management in the enterprise - Achievement of non-energy savings - Increasing the production capacity of existing products
