Optimizing energy consumption in order to increase production capacity and competitiveness of "M. V. Lomonosov" Ltd.

The current project proposal is related with making investments targeting competitiveness expansion and sustainable development of company "M. V. Lomonosov" Ltd. through optimizing energy consumption of its operations. For the purpose activities are envisaged within it for making initial investments for implementation of the recommended energy efficiency measures included in the Report of the passed study of the energy efficiency and approved with the document № BG16RFOP-269 / 07.09.2016 by AUER. The envisaged within the project activity according Element A "Investments" will be performed under the conditions and terms of the regime regional investment aid as the project proposal has for its basic subject realization of initial investment in fixed assets related to the capacity expansion of company "M. V. Lomonosov" Ltd. following the proposed energy saving measures - ESM 1, 2, 3 and 4 within the report of the passed energy efficiency study as follows: Activity 1: Delivery, installation and commissioning of: 1.1 Laser gantry machine (fiber laser) - 1 pc; 1.2 Hydraulic folding press with CNC - pc; 1.3 Strip cutting machine - complete automatic with hydraulic vise with PLC control - 1 pc; 1.4 Surface grinding machine - complete automatic with PLC control - 1 pc. Activities which are included in the project under Element B "Services" are: 1. Execution of energy audit/ energy efficiency study. 2. Consultancy services for implementation and certification of energy management systems within the company towards the requirements of standard BS EN ISO 50001 (Energy Management Systems) / EN ISO 50001. 3. Publicity and visualization.
