Expansion and optimization of production in "Copycom Bulgaria" Ltd. through the purchase of new energy efficient equipment

"Copycom Bulgaria" LTD is a company working in the field of prepress and printing of various publications and printed products, print advertising, printing projects related to construction and cadastre. The company has two production bases for realizing its activity found in Sofia. This project involves activities leading to expansion of production capacity and increase the energy efficiency of the company and reduce costs of the company unit in order to increase energy efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprise to achieve low production costs and reduce emissions of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. The applicant has ordered the energy audit in accordance with the requirement of the funding program and investment intentions. To increase energy efficiency and expand capacity, the company provides to the implementation of the following activities: 1. Acquisition of new production equipment: Line printing and publication of books and textbooks - 1 pc., Including: guillotine, a scanner, a printing machine, laminating machine, machine-cutting creasing and perforating, fusing machine. 2. Acquisition of new production equipment: Line printing and folding drawings - 1 pc., Including digital engineering copier and folding machine. 3. Acquisition of new production equipment: Line for copying bitmaps - 1 pc., Including large-format color scanner and large format plotter. 4. Introduction of mechanical ventilation system to recover residual heat - 1 pc. 5. Acquisition of an automated system for monitoring energy consumption - 1 pc. 6. Consultancy services for implementation and certification of energy management system in accordance with standard EN ISO 50001. 7. Publicity and visualization project. 8. Perform an energy audit.
