Increasing energy efficiency "Avtomagistrali - Cherno more" JSC by purchasing new energy efficient equipment

This project envisages the purchase of a new highly efficient asphalt mixer (installation for the production of asphalt mixtures + bitumen) (purchase 1) and introduction of an automated system for monitoring and control of the energy consumption (Measure 3). The asphalt mixer, recommended by Measure 1 of the Energy Audit, will replace the current one of Kralevo's career. The new asphalt mixer has a total installed power of 1442, 2 kW. The average capacity of the new plant is 320 t / h, and the annual electricity consumption of the whole asphalt mixer is 300,940 kWh / yr. The project also envisages the introduction of an automated system for monitoring and controlling the energy consumption of the Careva Kraljevo site (Measure 3). It will consist of software and hardware (electricity, gas, computer and communications). The automated system will provide complete and detailed information needed to periodically conduct energy consumption analyzes. A system for energy management and certification under BDS EN ISO 50001 will also be introduced within the project. These activities will lead to reduced costs for energy resources, limiting the consumption of energy resources and thus environmental protection. The project will have a term of execution of 24 months and will total BGN 4 866 200.00 without VAT.
