Increasing energy efficiency in Patno Stroitelstvo AD, Dobrich

To ensure the production process of Patno stroitelstvo AD, Dobrich in an asphalt base in the village of Vrachantsi and Krupper, Krupen, the total annual electricity consumption for 2014 (the year chosen as representative) is 1 217 753.85 kWh/year. Considering the need to reduce energy consumption to ensure the production process, the implementation of the project envisages investments involving the following energy-saving measures: - New mobile rotor crusher with primary two-hole screening (Energy Audit Measure 1) - 1 pcs. - New system for delivery and injection of pressure concrete (Measure 2 of the Energy Audit) - 1 pcs. - New Telescopic Loader (Measure 3 of the Energy Audit) - 1 pcs. - New, energy-saving mechanical ventilation installation for utilization of residual heat (Measure 4 of the Energy Audit) - 1 pcs. The implementation of this project is aimed at realizing initial investments in tangible assets to expand the capacity of an existing business site and reduce energy consumption for production needs. With the implementation of the project, energy savings of 2 150 426.00 kWh/year are expected to be achieved. - 74.06%. Within the framework of the road construction project, Dobrich intends to introduce an energy management system and to certify it according to the requirements of the standard BDS EN ISO 50001/EN ISO 50001. These activities will lead to reduction of the cost of energy resources , Limiting the consumption of energy resources and thus protecting the environment. The project will be implemented in the concrete center of Patno stroitelstvo AD, Dobrich in the village of Vrachantsi, Dobrich municipality and Krupen Karien, Krupen village, Kavarna municipality and will have a term of execution of 24 months. The total value of the investments will be BGN 2 064 883.00 excluding VAT.
