Energy effective production process in Tesy OOD

Tesy's products are getting more and more popular on the global markets and the demand for them grows constantly. For ensuring the production process of the company we use almost 27million kWh energy yearly. It is one of the main components in the prime cost of our products and this is the reason why we are seeking ways for decreasing the use of energy for production purposes. This will make us more competitive. There was conducted energy investigation in the company with the aim to get recommendations what is the optimal way to reach the desired outcomes. This project is based on the energy saving measures recommended in the report and we shall invest in: - replacement of Wet enameling of high-volume water heaters and flanges line with Water heater flanges enamallig line with high energy efficiency, new generation - replacement of Production line for dust painting with a new one, with low energy consumption and higher productivity Line for painting of convector -replacement of Installation for production of expanded polystirol elements with a Production line for expanded polystirol parts, last generation - implementing a system for utilizing of waste energy for our own company needs - implementing and certification of energy monitoring system under ISO 50001 These are initial investments in assets for expanding the production capacity of an existing company and at the same time decreasing the production energy expenses in our premises in Shumen town. It will last for 18 months. As a result of this project implementation we shall raise our level of competitiveness because our production capacity will be increased with more that 15% for the so called water heaters with dry heater and convectors, as well as we shall achieve energy savings of 14 million kWh/per year, which means that we shall use 38,5% less energy than our basic year of 2016 for the production of these specific items.
