Increasing the energy efficiency in Chugunoleene Purvomay JSCo.

Chugunoleene Parvomay AD is an enterprise operating in the C24 sector, which is characterised with high energy intensity. The company produces castings of various metals, but its activity does not include the production of steel and cast iron. In order to improve its competitiveness, the enterprise plans to implement several major energy saving measures in the present project, which will contribute to the expansion of the company's activity and lower energy consumption in production by purchasing new equipment to increase the production capacity of the company and to improve its energy efficiency. The project aims to introduce high-efficiency, energy-saving machines to expand the production of metal. New machines will significantly shorten production times due to significantly higher production capacities that allow more output to be produced in shorter time and with lower power consumption, will reduce marriage, leading to expanding the volume of production of the main products of the company. The following activities are envisaged: 1) Purchase of production machines: - High-tech production line for blocks and castings - 1 pc. - System for recycling of raw material (sand) - 1 pcs. - System for waste heat recovery - 1 pc. - Automated system for monitoring and control of energy consumption - 1 pc. 2) Introduction and certification of energy management system, standard BDS EN ISO 50001 / EN ISO 50001; 3) Financial audit 4) Publicity and project visualization activities; With the introduction of the new high-tech equipment for the production of articles, Lower specific energy consumption, high quality end-product, minimized marriage and improved safety at work.
