Increasing of energy efficiency of Valda 90 90 LTD

The project "Improving the energy efficiency of" Valda 90 "Ltd was established in scope and in accordance with the procedure" Energy efficiency for large enterprises. "He is fully consistent with the measures recommended in an energy audit of the enterprise and is also in line with planned investment project of the company, which provides measures to reduce consumption of energy, expansion of production capacity and improvement in energy intensity. Additionally towards the implementation of energy saving production technologies, the project contributes to protecting the environment and reducing the negative impact of production on it fully in line with European directives. Specific activities are aimed at replacing old energy-inefficient equipment with new high-tech and energy-efficient equipment in production processes. The following activities are envisaged: 1) Energy efficiency evaluation to analyze current consumption and betting on measures to improve energy intensity by a competent person; 2) Investments for the implementation of energy efficiency measures included in the energy efficiency audit - Beginning of a flow line for automated production of PVC components: - Measure 1 - Construction of an automated system for energy consumption monitoring - Measure 2 3) Introduction and certification system for energy management standard BS EN ISO 50001 / EN ISO 50001; 4) Performing an independent financial audit 5) Publicity and project visualization activities; The expected results are: 1) Improving the competitiveness of the enterprise as a result of the modernization and improvement of the production process; 2) Increasing energy efficiency, reducing unit cost and expanding the production capacity of Valda 90 Ltd
