“STILI ROAD" Ltd. is a company specialized in the production of various types of asphalt mixtures and bituminous crushed stone. The process of sustainable and competitive development of the company is unthinkable without investing in new equipment needed for the main production process with high energy efficiency and higher production capacity. The project proposal plans activities in order to acquire investments to increase the energy efficiency of the main production equipment and expand the capacity of the company by replacing existing equipment with a new one with higher productivity and lower energy consumption. Within the framework of the project proposal, activities are planned for purchase and implementation of the following high-tech equipment in the production process: 1. Asphalt mixing plant – 1 pc. 2. Wheel loader – 2 pcs.; In order to establish the necessary measures and the degree of improvement of energy efficiency an energy audit was carried out in accordance with the requirements of the procedure. As a result of the implementation of the identified investments needed to achieve the identified energy efficiency measures in the Energy Audit Report, the following results will be achieved regarding the company's activity: - Realized energy savings of 8786,56 MWh/y.; - Saved emissions CO2 - 2178 t/y.; - Expanding the capacity of the company– min.80% The estimated cost of the project is 4 247 109.00 BGN
