Improving the energy efficiency of "Gotmar" EOOD

The current project proposal is targeted at improving the energy efficiency and increasing the production capacity of "Gotmar" EOOD by purchasing, putting into operation and replacement of old production equipment with new equipment for the production of preforms and caps: Compression molding press - 1 pc . (for production of caps, in Warehouse 7), Injection molding system for production of preforms - 1 pc. (for production of preforms in Warehouse 4). The current project proposal will be implemented in Warehouse 4 and Warehouse 7 on the territory of the factory in the City of Saedinenie, as each of the warehouses is a separate site. Each of the two sites performs economic activity by producing: Caps (Warehouse 7) and preforms (Warehouse 4), both sites are territorially separate and have a single scheme for power supply and energy consumption. As part of the project activities, it is envisaged to introduce into this two sites the Automated system for monitoring and control of the energy consumption-1, which will cover 100% of the energy consumption of the Warehouse 7 and 98.8% of the energy consumption of the Warehouse 4. In addition, the project envisages the utilization of waste energy from existing processes by introducing a Waste energy recovery system - 1pc. The investment under this project involves the introduction and certification under ISO 50001 of Energy Management System at both sites of the company-Warehouse 4 and Warehouse 7. It is expected that the introduction of this standard will reduce greenhouse gas emissions, energy costs and other environmental impacts through systematic energy management. After the project implementation, financial audit will be conducted. Once the project is implemented, energy savings PES = 60.0% and CO2 savings of 7002.2 Tons / year are expected to be achieved.
