Energy Efficiency measures in Domineks Pro EOOD

NEEDS In reference to dynamic competition and the technological and resource challenges facing Domineks Pro, we need to invest in technologies to improve production processes, energy and resource efficiency. This will provide us with flexibility and sustainability of production, competitiveness and capacity development of the company as a reliable IKEA supplier. OBJECTIVES The overall objective of the project is to contribute to the sustainable economic growth of Domineks Pro by introducing advanced technological and environmental solutions and improving energy and resource efficiency. Specific objectives: A. Reduction of energy intensity of production while expanding the capacity of the production site site by investing in energy-efficient and highly productive technological equipment. B. Improve energy management and energy consumption control by implementing Energy Management System (EMS) in accordance with ISO 50001. C. Improving the energy efficiency of own production buildings by implementing rehabilitation measures. D. Improving energy efficiency by utilizing waste heat from compressors ACTIVITIES To implement the project objectives, 9 activities are planned, of which 4 activities under Element A for the acquisition of 6 production equipment. Under Element B: 2 activities for production buildings rehabilitation, waste heat utilization activity, EMS implementation and certification activity according to ISO 50001 standard, project financial audit activity. EXPECTED RESULTS: - improved energy efficiency and reduced energy intensity - Improved resource efficiency and carbon savings -­ Improved energy resources management in the enterprise - waste heat utilization achieved - increased production capacity for existing products
