Increasing energy efficiency in ROADS and BRIDGES Ltd.

The main need of ROADS and BRIDGES Ltd. is related to improving energy efficiency to achieve sustainable growth and competitiveness. Satisfying this need is the main goal of the project that will be implemented through the following activities: 1. Acquisition of new production equipment 2. Supply of System for waste heat outlet/ air duct 3. Implementation of Automated system for monitoring and control of the energy consumption 4. Consultancy services for the introduction and certification of energy management system according to the standard BDS EN ISO 50001 By implementing the above-mentioned activities involving energy efficiency measures included in the energy efficiency audit report, the following main results will be achieved: 1. supplied, installed and put into operation production equipment - Mobile Sieve-Crushing Plant - 1 pc., Four-axle truck tipper - 4 pcs., Wheel loader - 3 pcs., Crawler Excavator Type 1 with hydraulic hammer - 1 pc., Crawler Excavator Type 2 with Hydraulic Hammer - 1pc., Crawler Excavator type 2 with elongated boom, hydraulic hammer and demolition clip - 1 pc. 2. Supplied System of waste heat otlet / air duct 3. implemented Automated system for monitoring and control of the energy consumption 4. obtained certificate according to the standard BDS EN ISO 50001 5. implemented activities for environmental protection 6. annual energy savings: 4 551 524 kWh / year 7. saved CO2 emissions: 1216.05 t /year 8. Provided visualization - entirely at the expense of ROADS and BRIDGES Ltd. 9. completed financial audit of the project - entirely at the expense of ROADS and BRIDGES Ltd. Through the implementation of the project activities and the achievement of the planned results, the capacity of the existing business unit will be expanded, the unit production costs will be reduced, ecological production will be developed and the energy efficiency of the company will be improved.
