Increasing the energy efficiency in METALIC Joint Stock Company

The present project aims at expanding Metallic JSC's activities and reducing energy consumption from manufacturing processes by purchasing new technological equipment for the industrial system, thereby increasing the production capacity of the company and improving its energy efficiency. New machines will significantly shorten the production time due to significantly higher production performance. They will allow to produce more output in shorter time and with lower power consumption, leading to an expansion of the production volume of the company's main products. For the realization of its plans the company intends to renovate the old energy inefficient equipment with new high-tech and energy-efficient equipment for production of heavy and light metal structures, lifting equipment, non-standard energy equipment and large-scale corpus parts and equipment. Specifically, the company intends to purchase and bring into operation the following high-tech equipment: - Plasma cutting machine with drill head 1pcs. - 5 axes horizontal- vertical machine 1pcs. - Automated system for monitoring and control of energy consumption in Metalik AD 1 pc. All measures foreseen for implementation under the project are stemming from an energy audit.
