"Efficient use of resources in Next Build Ltd"

The project proposal has as its main object the realization of initial investments in tangible assets related to the diversification of the production of a business site with products which have not been produced in the business premises so far. It is planned to purchase and put into operation the Mobile Concrete Station. The new products - concrete mixtures and solutions - will be produced by incorporating waste from the production of concrete products. In this way an industrial symbiosis will be achieved within an enterprise: the waste of one production is the raw material for the other production. The industrial symbiosis covers the activity that is subject to the audit - production of concrete products and new production - concrete mixtures and solutions: the connection between two production processes within an enterprise where the waste of one production is the raw material for the other production. The technological solutions and methods implemented under the project fall under the category "Development of manufacturing (process) innovation". The project has the potential to multiply the results The expected results include a reduction in the amount of raw materials used in the production of a unit of output after project implementation; efficient waste management according to the waste management hierarchy; increasing the efficiency of production costs; improving resource efficiency awareness, reducing cost of production, and enhancing competitiveness. Investment support is to achieve good waste management through sustainable use of raw materials and mitigation of environmental impacts. As a result of the implementation of the project, the working conditions of the employees in the production of concrete products will be improved.
