Improvement of the resource effectiveness of Metal EAD through the acquisition of an automatic line for powder coating

The strategy for development of Metal EAD is based on the production of competitive products and improvement of its effectiveness. In order to achieve this strategy, for years the company has made technological modernizations of its machines, based on the delivery and implementation of highly technological and energy safe equipment. The current project aims to realize the next stage of the plan and includes the improvement of the resource effectiveness of the company by implementing new, for the country, technological solutions, which will allow reduction of the used resources and reduced amount of waste. The project will be realized by the implementation of the main foreseen activity:”Acquisition of an automatic line for powder coating for the optimization of the production of steel racks and generators, connected with the reduction of raw materials, primer and paint, and all of the auxiliary materials, and waste”. The activity corresponds completely with the audit for resource effectiveness. As a result of the implementation of the project: - the amount of used raw materials, primer and paint, and auxiliary materials for the production of one unit of production from the products "steel racks” and "generators" will be reduced. - the amount of waste during the process of painting for one unit of production from the products “steel racks” and “generators” will be reduced. - the amount of water used during the process of painting will be reduced. - the production capacity of the company will be expanded. - it will have a positive effect for the protection of the environment. - the quality of the production will increase. With the realization of the project we will achieve improvement of the resource effectiveness of the company, while at the same time the project will have a positive effect on the protection of the environment. The project will be realized in twelve months.
