Improvement of resource efficiency in ELEGANS MEBEL EOOD

The main need of ELEGANS MEBEL Ltd is to increase resource efficiency. With this project proposal, the company is applying for the implementation of a new technology pilot for Bulgaria, which is a production innovation. The project is based on a resource efficiency audit.
The project is demonstrative and aims to attract other enterprises in the industry to introduce similar measures in their production. Through the project, the plant will manage its waste efficiently and reduce the amount of raw materials used per unit of output. The project refers to one of the specific waste streams and leads to a reduction of the used chemical substances and the amount of emissions into the atmosphere. The project will be implemented around the Natura 2000 sites. This will have a positive impact on the environment.
 The main objective of the project is to increase the resource efficiency of ELEGANS MEBEL Ltd by introducing a pilot technology for Bulgaria, which is a production innovation.
It will be achieved through the following activities:
 - Acquisition of tangible fixed assets related to the reduction of raw materials and waste management 
- Conducting 2 events to multiply the results of the project 
- Publications in traditional and digital media to multiply the results of the project -Vizualization of the project
 Through the above described activities, the following main results will be achieved: 
1. Delivered, installed and put into operation Line for digitized furniture production -1pcs.
 2. Two public events organized and conducted to multiply the results of the project
 3. Publications in traditional and digital media to multiply the results of the project 
4. Measures implemented to improve resource efficiency according to the Resource Efficiency Audit
