Investments for sustainable resource management

Project "Investments for sustainable resource management" aims to increase the resource efficiency of Tara Ltd. by introducing innovative technologies into the production process, leading to optimization of the resources used, elimination of the environmentally harmful and man-made raw materials and reduction of the waste generated by the company . The specific objectives of the project are: - To optimize production processes by reducing the raw materials used; - Implementation of eco-innovation through purchase of systems for the replacement of acetone-based adhesives with water-based adhesives; - Implementation of modern technologies for the import of leather waste as a raw material for the production of shoes; - Turning into a higher level of waste management - "preventing their formation" by purchasing and introducing of a new production equipment; - Organizing events to multiply the results of the project; - Implementation of new technological solutions, pilot for Bulgaria through purchasing of a new production equipment; Within the implementation period of the project will be the following activities will be done: 1) Implementation of technological and ICT solutions and methods for optimization of production processes and reduction of used raw materials, use of alternative raw materials and / or reduction of waste generated in existing production; 2) Implementation of advanced technologies for the incorporation of the waste as a raw material in existing production or its use for the production of another product; 3) Organizing and conducting events for the multiplication of project results - press conferences, round tables, workshops, presentation in the media; 4) Publications in traditional and digital media to multiply the results of the project.
