Improvement of resource efficiency in Multicommerce Ltd.

The current project proposal will increase the resource efficiency of Multicommerce EOOD by introducing an industrial (process) innovation - a new significantly improved process of production of cardboard boxes by purchasing a production line for cardboard boxes - 1 pc. The implementation of this innovative production process will allow saving of basic raw materials for the production of boxes of cardboard and promotional materials - paper, cardboard, glue and UV lacquer; a reduction with more than 35% of packaging waste from paper and cardboard with code 15.01.01 and the transition of Multicommerce EOOD to the first degree of waste prevention of paper and cardboard waste with code 20.01.01 according to waste management hierarchy; reducing the use of hazardous chemicals such as UV lacquer; increasing the efficiency of production costs by more than 16% compared to 2016 and reducing the amount of emissions in the atmosphere from the production activity. The implementation of this innovation will expand the production capacity of Multicommerce EOOD with more than 161%, as it will automate the production of the company of cardboard boxes and will enable the company to expand its market share among manufacturers of luxury cardboard boxes. The project also includes activities for organizing and conducting events and publications in traditional and digital media to multiply the results of the project.
