Improvement of resource efficiency in ET DARS-91-DIMITAR SABKOV

The current project proposal will increase the resource efficiency of ET DARS91-DIMITAR SABKOV by introducing a production process - a new significantly improved process of producing multilayered labels and booklets by purchasing an intermittent-feed printing press - 1 pc. and booklet machine - 1 pc. The implementation of this innovative production process will enable the saving of basic raw materials for the production of multilayered labels and booklets - multilayer paper, waterless offset UV ink, polypropylene film, UV lacquer, cork and reduction and transition of ET DARS-91-DIMITER SABKOV's first degree of "waste prevention" of sorted paper and cardboard, plastics, plastic packaging, wooden materials packages and color metals. The use of the ancillary material trichlorethylene, which is a hazardous chemical, and is used in the manufacture of etiquette printing, will be eliminated as the assets purchased under this project do not require magnesium to be made. The current project will contribute to increasing the efficiency of production costs with more than 17% compared to 2016 and reducing the amount of emissions in the atmosphere generated by the production. The innovative production process implemented through the purchase of intermitent-feed printing press - 1 pc. and booklet machine - 1 pc. will expand the production capacity of ET DARS-91 -DIMITAR SABKOV of booklets with more than 45% and multilayered labels with more than 96%, by changing the successive repetitive printing operations of different media and merging into a single operation; simultaneous printing of all layers of the booklet, increased automation, etc. Innovation has a significant potential so that events and publications in traditional and digital media will be organized and conducted for the multiplication of the results of the project.
