Increasing resource efficiency in "Tafprint" OOD through the implementation of pilot and demonstration initiatives for resource efficiency

The present project proposal will increase the resource efficiency of Tafprint OOD by introducing process innovation - "Offset printing process with optimized print media movement, highly efficient offset printing and no tungsten drying for thick cartons" by purchasing a Sheet printing machine - 1 pc. The implementation of this innovative production process will allow for the saving of basic raw materials for the production of the company's production under NACE 2008 Code 18.12 - paper, ink, isopropyl alcohol and water; a reduction of more than 67% of waste from paper and cartons with code 20 01 01, with 40-50% of the metal packages with code 15 01 04, with average of 40% of the plastick packages, with 40% of the inks sludge and passing of "Tafprint" OOD to the first degree of "waste prevention" according to the waste management hierarchy for the waste of paper and cartons with code 20 01 01; reducing the use of hazardous chemicals, such as isopropyl alcohol, glue and ink ingredients; increasing the efficiency of production costs by more than 17.35% compared to 2016 and reducing the amount of emissions in the atmosphere from the production activity. The implementation of the innovation will expand the production capacity of Tafprint OOD with 180%, as it will increase its printing output without generating substantial volumes of maculations and will allow the company to expand its market share. The project also includes activities for organizing and conducting events and publications in traditional and digital media to multiply the results of the project.
