Effective use of resources in Paskalev 86 Ltd.

PASKALEV - 86 LTD was founded in 1989 and specializes in the production of waffles and dry pastes under the trade mark "Galena". Since its inception, its management has been constantly striving to renew existing equipment by placing an increasing emphasis on resource efficiency in the company. Completely in line with this policy, the activities planned under this project proposal are related to the purchase of an innovative automatic line for packaging of splinter products with greater technological and production capabilities. The acquisition of the Innovative Automatic Line for Packing Penicidal Products will lead to the elimination of OCHB butanone, 1-methoxy-2-propanol, 2-pyrrolidone and ethyl lactate as auxiliary materials in the manufacture of the following products: Product 1: Garash dry paste; Product 2: Mascarpone dry paste Product 3: Dry paste paste. With the installation of the Innovative automatic line for packing sponge products, the company will optimize (reduce) the used water for production purposes. contribute to more efficient waste management, namely, the transition to the highest level of hierarchy, Art. 6, para. 1 of the Waste Management Act - prevention of its establishment. The resource audit was carried out by Inosoft Ltd. according to Annex E of the Application Conditions. As a result of the planned activities, PASCALEV - 86 Ltd. will be able to start applying a more environmentally friendly production policy, innovative, environmentally friendly technologies. The introduction of the innovative system will allow the company to optimize the use of resources, resulting in a reduction or final waste disposal. After integrating the new equipment, the production capacity and the competitiveness of the enterprise will increase significantly, which in turn will lead to opportunities for taking more orders.
