Kosara-R Ltd. introduces modern technological solutions for optimizing the production process and achieving resource efficiency

"KOSARA R" Ltd. produces high quality textile products for the Bulgarian and foreign market, implemented according to the best practices and the latest requirements of the sewing industry. In its activity, the company strives to meet the demands of customers by investing in technological innovation and implementation of modern production solutions in order to minimize costs and increase the efficiency of production. This project is aimed at implementing a pilot technology for waste-free production based on effective management of input materials and waste. The envisaged activities include the implementation of technological solutions for optimization of the production processes, reduction of used raw materials and generated waste. The deployment of new technologies will improve the efficiency of resources and of the production process by effectively managing the production cycle and automating work processes, achieving optimal resource utilization and increasing production capacity. In order to realize the developed idea, the company will acquire high-tech and precise equipment using waste-free, automated and ultrasonic technologies, which will optimize the production process and increase the capacity through significant improvements in the basic stages of production - cutting, ironing, sewing , as well as specialized machinery for the processing of waste from textile and paper and cardboard, which will close the production cycle. The implementation of the activities set out in the project proposal will lead to the following results: - Improving the way of production and introducing an innovative resource-efficient and waste-free technology; - Expansion of production capacity by introducing new and automated technologies; - Achieved efficient management and optimization of the production process; - Increased innovation and institutional capacity.
